Some basic information
The reception is open:
Weekdays 7.00-22.00
Weekends and bank holidays 8.00-22.00
Check-in at 14:00.
Check-out at 11:00.
There is a possibility to leave luggage at the hotel before check-in (at 09:00 earliest) and after check-out (untill 20:00).
Breakfast is served:
Weekdays 6:30 to 9:00
Weekends and bank holidays 8:00 to 10:30
Communications
Guests have free access to our wireless internet.
Security
All rooms are non-smoking and equipped with automatic fire alarms. There are safes available for your valuables and the hotel is in a quiet neighborhood.
Food and drink
You have free access to coffee and tea around the clock. A simple but good breakfast is included. Within two minutes walking distance are several restaurants and across the street you´ll find an ICA supermarket with good opening hours.
Other services
Guest-PC, hairdryer and iron can be borrowed. You can also have your clothes washed at a cost of 50 SEK per machine. Ask at the reception!

We arrange and book everything you need such as bicycles, cars, tourist guides, and more. Ask at the reception!

As a guest at the Hotel Charlotte you have a discount at Fyrishov water park and relaxation, which is open daily all year round. Ask reception for tickets and directions.
